Clitocybe maxima is well known as Big Cup mushroom, Pig Stomach mushroom or Big Cup Umbrella (because of its form) in China. Also called bamboo shoot mushroom.
Auricularia polytricha, also known as cloud ear, hairy wood ear or tree ear an allusion to its rubbery ear-shaped growth. In Japanese it is called arage kikurage (tree jellyfish). In the Phillippines, the locals call it rat’s ear (a difficult name, marketing wise).

Coprinus comatus, the shaggy ink cap, lawyer’s wig, or shaggy mane.
The mushrooms in the sheds looked pretty stunning, like these Pleurotus citrinopileatus, the golden oyster mushroom (tamogitake in Japanese).
