Patron Agri Systems takes over AEM

AEM bv in Maasbree (NL) goes further under the flag of Patron Agri Systems Group. With the take-over AEM – strong in the mushroom industry, becomes part of a stable organization in the steering and installation technique. For the customers of Patron, the take-over offers advantages as well, according to a company press release. 

On June 25th Patron took over the customers and ongoing projects of AEM. Furthermore, the greater part of AEM personnel keep their jobs. This means that delivery and services to the AEM customers is guaranteed. 

 

With the take-over purchase, Patron strengthens her position in the mushroom sector and in the glass horticulture construction. Patron customers can profit from the high level software knowledge of AEM and efficiency, purchase advantages.

 

AEM is short for Agricultural Engineering Manufacturing and has over 30 years of experience in automation; development and manufacturing of equipment, installation and control computers.

 

Patron Agri Systems Group was formed in 2008 from the fusion of Elektro Limburg in Maasbree, Enthoven Electrons in De Lier and Patron Agri Systems (formerly Hoogendoorn Projects).
