From 1 November 2007 Godert Tegelberg has been appointed General Director of Lutèce B.V., Europe’s major mushroom processor.

Tegelberg (47), was formerly employed as a member of the Board of Management and divisional director of Antalis Industrial Packaging, part of Antalis SA, a wholesaler for paper and communication materials.

He studied law at the University of Leiden, and obtained a MBA at the INSEAD business school. His career started as an assistant controller at Shell, followed by a period as a consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton, hotel, restaurant and catering trade sales manager and marketing director at Bols and CEO at Demtos Glass in California. From 2001 to 2004 he was employed as managing director at Geveke Zwaar Materieel (construction material). He joined Antalis in 2004.

Tegelberg succeeds Charles Jas, who joined Lutèce in March 2004. His international experience will undoubtedly be an asset in consolidating the international position of Lutèce.
