In the Netherlands, companies that harvest mechanically are starting to see light at the end of the tunnel, as stockpiles have been eliminated, demand is rising and there are gaps in the supply chain to be filled. This has lead to a wave of expansion in 2007 of projects that had been put on hold. The may have thought that they had seen the light at the end of the tunnel but it seems that the light that they saw was a train driving towards them......................
