Beef Stroganoff with champignons.

Ingredients:
Salt/meat tenderizer
200 g beef, sliced into strips
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup all-purpose cream
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 can champignon mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp butter
Dried oregano

Marinade:
2 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 onion
Pepper

Directions:
Rub the beef with salt/meat tenderizer, then marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Over medium heat, sautee the onion and garlic in butter. Add beef and mushrooms. Season with dried oregano. When beef is browned, lower heat and stir in the sour cream. Simmer awhile to thicken cream.

Serve on rice or pasta.

Makes two servings.
