Turkey Dijon bites.

Ingredients:

1 large clove garlic minced
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 pound deli turkey breast cut into 3/4-inch cubes
2 cups small mushrooms (or large mushrooms quartered)
3 tablespoons sliced green onions (green part only)

Directions:

Combine garlic and oil in 2 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl Microwave uncovered on high power 1 1/2 minutes stirring after 45 seconds

Add wine to cornstarch stirring to dissolve cornstarch completely Stir cornstarch mixture into bowl with garlic Microwave uncovered on high power 2 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened stirring after 1 minute Stir in mustard and honey Add turkey and mushrooms Toss to coat thoroughly with mustard mixture Microwave covered on high power 3 to 4 minutes or until turkey is heated through and mushrooms are crisp-tender stirring after each minute Add green onion; toss Transfer to shallow serving dish Serve warm
