Ingredients:
Ciabatta bread sliced
Provolone Cheese
Button and Portabella Mushrooms
Diced tomatoes
Carmelized Onions
Lemon juice
Butter
Extra virgin olive oil
Boursin cheese
Black pepper
Directions:
Place bruschetta bread sheet tray top with provolone and bake @ 350 for 8-10 minutes
In saute pan heat oil add button mushrooms and saute until slightly browned
Add portabella onions and crushed red pepper and saute 2 minutes
Add tomatoes broth lemon juice and salt and pepper Saute 1-2 minutes
Remove from heat and add scampi butter and thyme Stir to combine
Top bread w/ mixture drizzle w/ olive oil and garnish with black pepper
