Ingredients:
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 pound deli turkey breast, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
2 cups small mushrooms (or large mushrooms, quartered)

Directions:
Combine garlic and oil in 2 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high power 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 45 seconds.
Add wine to cornstarch, stirring to dissolve cornstarch completely. Stir cornstarch mixture into bowl with garlic. Microwave, uncovered, on high power 2 minutes, or until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in mustard and honey. Add turkey and mushrooms. Toss to coat thoroughly with mustard mixture. Microwave, covered, on high power 3 to 4 minutes, or until turkey is heated through and mushrooms are crisp-tender, stirring after each minute.
