Russian Mushroom Days, October 2005

The first mushroom fair ’Mushrooms and mushroom growing’ was held 7-11 October at the All-Russia  Exhibition Center in Moscow. Sixteen companies from Russia, Ukraine, The Netherlands and Italy presented machinery, spawn, fresh and processed mushrooms, peat and mushroom journals for more than 1000 visitors from all-over Russia, Ukraine, Bellorussia, Kazakhstan, Poland and Bulgaria.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the ‘Scientific and Practical Conference Mushroom Growing and Related Biotechnologies, Innovations and Investments’ was held on Monday 10^th of October. The presentations were done by scientists from Moscow State University and other Moscow Research Institutes.
